This is the sticking point.
Inside the extracted folder, open the DRIVER directory. Run the installer named vcredist_x86.exe or similar and follow the prompts. This step is critical, as many K-Suite functions rely on these runtime libraries. : After restarting, press or F7 to "Disable

Click and direct the path to C:\KSuite\Driver (or C:\KSuite\Driver\USB_Drivers ). Inside the extracted folder, open the DRIVER directory
If prompted, install the redistributable package included in the installer. Configure Help Files :
You need the full KSuite V2.80 package, which includes the main application, USB drivers, and Visual C++ installers.
